Transactions that fail to pass these checks may be delayed, reversed, or reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. 7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
tp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: suspected fraud or abuse, violation of these Terms and Conditions, provision of false information during registration or verification, failure to comply with an identity verification request, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, tp999 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In cases where no breach is found, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard processing procedures.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting tp999 support. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming page will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, tp999 will not knowingly allow re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.
